  • Who Should Join? It's totally okay if it's just you. If someone else helps with care decisions, they're welcome too. â€‹

  • What to Prepare: No formal prep is required. I will review your discovery call intake form before the call. While I will not be offering personalized recommendations at this time, you'll leave with greater clarity on next steps and how I may be able to support you.
