Physicians, Providers, & Professional Referrals
Our Dementia & Memory Loss Navigation Consultations are available across Indiana and the US and do not require a physician's order. It is a service designed for care partners.
Physician referrals are only needed for our speech therapy services. The Memory Compass offers our telehealth therapy services across Indiana. We provide a combination of in-home and telehealth services to clients residing in the Zionsville, IN area, and surrounding communities (Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville, Indianapolis).
We accept referrals from physicians and other professionals. For evaluation and therapy referrals please review our process below. For all other referrals, please contact us directly at (317) 501-7424 or info@thememorycompass.com.
