Hi! I'm Jessie. I am a Certified Dementia Practitioner and founder of The Memory Compass. I founded The Memory Compass in 2019 to help families navigate memory loss and cognitive decline whether just beginning to show signs, recently diagnosed, or further progressed in their journey.

The Memory Compass has proudly supported 100 families and counting as they navigate out of the maze that is our healthcare system to receive expert guidance through our specialized Dementia Navigation consultations designed for family members and care partners of a loved one experiencing memory loss and cognitive challenges.

​

These challenges may be a result of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), Parkinson's Disease, Alzheimer's, or other Dementias such as Lewy Body Dementia, Vascular Dementia, Frontotemporal Dementia, etc.

 

We also provide Comprehensive Cognitive Screenings, Cognitive Wellness Services, and wellness support services for caregivers.
